• Have your online ticket ready to show at the entrance
• Contactless payments are preferred if possible
• Please be considerate to all visitors and staff
• Last entry is an hour before closing
• The park reserves the right to alter dates, times & prices or facilities for any reason without prior notice
• No pets are admitted. No guide dogs due to the monkeys roaming free
• Mobility scooter friendly but due to the terrain, not all areas are suitable for wheelchair use
• Child scooters/bikes are not permitted and would have to be left at the gate

Please note - If you have purchased a Souvenir Guide you will collect this from the ticket kiosk on arrival.

Your ticket is an open ticket which is valid for any session and date in 2022. If you are not able to visit on the time and date listed, you will still be given admission. There is no need to contact the team to rearrange your booking- just present your e-tickets on arrival.  We look forward to welcoming you to the forest!
